Here’s our promise when things go sideways:

 

a. 30-Day No-Regrets Guarantee – Changed your mind? Ship it back (we’ll even cover return shipping if it’s our fault)

 

b. Battle-Damaged Gear? – We’ll rush a replacement so fast, your mailbox will get whiplash

 

c. "Meh" Moments – Keep the item + get a partial refund (think of it as a consolation wheelie)

 

d. Wildcard Solution – Suggest your perfect fix – we’ll consider anything short of adopting your pet llama

We respond faster than a liter bike hits 60mph – usually within 2 hours during ride season!

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

✅ Accepted Conditions:

 

1️⃣ Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

 

2️⃣ Return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery 

 

3️⃣ Proof of purchase (order number) required.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

 

1️⃣ Customized/personalized products.

 

2️⃣ Intimate apparel (hygiene reasons).

 

2. Return Process

 

Step 1: Contact us at CRS@JYmotorcycle.com within 30 calendar days to request a return authorization (RA).

 

Step 2: Pack items securely with the original invoice. Write the RA number on the package.

 

Step 3: Ship to our international return center (address provided via email).

 

⚠️ Important:

 

1️⃣ Cross-border returns must be marked:

 

"RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" (to avoid customs fees).

 

2️⃣ We recommend tracked shipping (unreturned packages are the customer’s responsibility).

 

3. Refunds

 

1️⃣ Processing Time: 5-10 business days after receiving & inspecting the return.

 

2️⃣ Refund Method: Original payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

 

3️⃣ Deductions:

 

a. Return shipping costs (unless faulty item).

 

b. Restocking fee (15% for opened electronics).

 

4. Damaged/Defective Items

 

1️⃣ Email photos/videos of damaged goods within 3 business days of delivery.

 

a. We’ll send a free replacement or refund immediately.

 

5. Final Notes

 

1️⃣ We do not charge any handling fees for returns or exchanges. If the return or exchange is due to your own reasons, you will need to pay for the shipping costs. If it is due to JYmotorcycle’s fault, such as sending the wrong item or the product arriving damaged, we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs.

 

2️⃣ Lost in transit? Claims must be filed within 30 calendar days.

 

3️⃣ Wrong address? Reshipping fees apply.
